Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the online platform of Energica Solutions Private Limited (“Energica”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website/platform and the purchase of Solar PV system-related products, components, and associated services (“Products”).

By accessing our platform, placing an order, creating an account, or using any services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our platform.

  • You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

  • If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.


2. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities

  • Misuse the website or attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise security

  • Upload viruses or harmful code

  • Misrepresent your identity, company details, or GST details

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if misuse is detected.


3. Account Registration

We allow both:

  • Guest Checkout, and

  • Account-based purchases (recommended)

When you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

  • You must update your account if your details change

Energica may suspend or disable accounts found to be involved in misuse or suspicious activity.


4. Product Information & Availability

We sell Solar PV system-related materials and components including (but not limited to):

  • Solar microinverters, solar accessories, solar PV BOS items, wiring, safety and monitoring products, etc.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

We try to ensure product details like:

  • price, specifications, stock availability, compatibility, warranty terms
    are accurate, but errors may occur.

4.2 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock.
We may:

  • cancel orders due to stock unavailability

  • provide partial dispatch based on stock

  • offer alternatives with customer approval


5. Pricing, Taxes & GST

  • Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

  • GST invoices will be issued where applicable.

  • If you provide a GST number, you confirm it is correct and belongs to your organization.

  • Any pricing mistakes due to system errors may result in order correction or cancellation with refund.


6. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our platform is a request to purchase Products.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • successful payment (or COD confirmation / payment approval), and

  • order acceptance by Energica

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect address, stock issues, or compliance concerns.


7. Payment Terms

We support the following payment methods:

  • Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe / PayU / Stripe

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

7.1 Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
We do not store card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

7.2 Failed / Pending Payments

If payment fails or remains pending:

  • the order may not be processed

  • stock may not be reserved

  • you may need to retry payment or choose another method


8. Shipping, Delivery & Dispatch

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on availability, order size, and location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown before final order placement.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

8.1 Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Any delivery failure due to incorrect address/contact details may result in:

  • additional delivery charges

  • re-dispatch delays

  • cancellation or return handling deductions (if applicable)

8.2 Proof of Delivery

Delivery confirmation may include:

  • delivery partner tracking

  • signed confirmation

  • OTP-based delivery confirmation (if enabled)


9. Inspection & Acceptance

Upon receiving Products, you are advised to:

  • check outer packaging condition

  • verify item count and model

  • confirm visible physical damage (if any)

If there is transit damage or mismatch, the customer should notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number

  • photos/videos as proof

  • packaging images and invoice copy


10. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Returns/replacements/refunds are governed by our separate:
Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
(which will be available on our Platform)

In general:

  • electrical/electronic products may not be returnable after installation or use

  • warranty claims will be handled as per manufacturer terms

  • Energica may request inspection before approval

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment or as per policy.


11. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

Many Products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Energica’s role may include:

  • assisting with warranty claim initiation

  • helping with documentation and process guidance

Final warranty approval is subject to:

  • manufacturer policy

  • serial number verification

  • inspection reports

  • correct installation and usage conditions


Warranty does NOT cover (typical examples):

  • wrong installation or wiring

  • water damage / corrosion due to incorrect sealing

  • physical damage or impact

  • unauthorized modifications

  • misuse or improper handling


12. Technical Guidance & Suitability

Solar PV components must be selected and installed correctly.

Any recommendation provided by Energica is based on information shared by the customer.
Final responsibility of:

  • system design

  • installation safety

  • electrical compliance

  • energy output expectations
    lies with the customer/system integrator/installer.

Customers are strongly advised to use:

  • certified installers

  • standard protection devices (SPD, MCB/MCCB, earthing, etc.)


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Energica shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages

  • loss of profits, loss of business, downtime

  • system underperformance due to incorrect design/installation

  • delays due to third-party factors beyond our control

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the specific Product order which gave rise to the claim.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform including:

  • logos, product listings, text, images, documents, brochures, graphics
    belongs to Energica or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without written permission.


15. Privacy & Data Use

By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

We store customer data using Zoho-based systems to manage operations, billing, and order processing.


16. Promotions & Communication

By placing orders or registering, you may receive:

  • transactional updates (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery)

  • promotional offers (optional)

You can opt out of promotional communication anytime.


17. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for failure/delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • transport disruptions

  • strikes

  • government restrictions

  • power/internet outages

  • third-party system failures


18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • a user violates these Terms

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • user misuses platform operations

Termination may occur without prior notice where legally allowed.


19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in:
